Board of Adjustment and Appeals

The Board of Adjustment and Appeals is a quasi-jusicial appellate board which determines and provides interpretations and relief from perceived grievances related to the City's zoning and ordinances.

The Board of Adjustment and Appeals meets on the 1st Monday of each month (unless it's a holiday) at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Complex, City Council Chambers at 350 Kimbark Street. The current agenda is available online one week before the meeting. Formal minutes are prepared and available for viewing after approval by the Board. Meeting dates, agendas and minutes are provided below.
