Manage Your Library Account

The "My Account" feature in the library catalog allows you to place requests for holds on items that are checked out and lets you view your current holds and place renewals on items you have checked out. Here's how to setup your account:

  1. Have your library card number available. You will also need a PIN number, which is usually the last four digits of your home phone number. If you have a card, but not a pin number, visit the circulation desk or call the circulation staff at 303-651-8476 for your pin number.
  2. Use the "My Account" tab in the library catalog and select "register as a new user".
  3. Enter your 14-digit barcode number from your library card (no spaces) and your PIN number in the appropriate boxes.
  4. If you have any problems with the registration, visit the reference desks on the first and second floors, or call the adult reference desk at 303-651-8472 or 8473, or the children's/teen desk at 303-651-8477.
