Appliance Rebate Program
Longmont Power & Communications and Public Works & Natural Resources are serious about helping you reduce your residential monthly utility bill. Our energy efficiency rebate program offers $50 for ENERGY STAR dishwashers, $50 for ENERGY STAR clothes washers, $100 for high efficiency toilets and $50 for low flow toilets.
With these rebates, customers have a little extra incentive to buy a more energy efficient appliance. The program is available to Longmont utility customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to view a downloadable copy of the appliance rebate form. (Updated 01/11/2012)

• $50 for ENERGY STAR® dishwashers
• $50 for ENERGY STAR® clothes washers
• $100 for high efficiency toilets (no more than 1.2 gallon per flush)
• $50 for low flow toilets (1.2 gallons – 1.6 gallons per flush)
How to get your clothes washer or dishwasher rebate:
- Purchase an ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washer or dishwasher
- Fill out this application and include:
- Your original receipt citing the model number on the receipt for your new ENERGY STAR qualified dishwasher or clothes washer, (Original receipt will be returned.)
- Verification the appliance is an ENERGY STAR model. (Qualifying models are listed at www.energystar.gov) Use your original receipt as verification if it cites the brand and model number. Or use other manufacturer documents included with your machine citing brand and specific model number.
- The completed and signed Affidavit of Lawful Presence in the U.S. above and a copy of an acceptable form of identification (on next page.)
- A copy of your current City of Longmont utility bill. You must have an active City of Longmont electric or water utility account at the time of appliance purchase and rebate application. (The application, utility bill, photo ID and Affidavit of Lawful Presence must all have the same name; the application and utility bill must both have the same address.)
- No later than 90 days from the date of purchase shown on your receipt, bring or mail all materials to:

How to get your high-efficiency toilet rebate(s):
- Replace your old toilet(s) with a new qualified high-efficiency toilet(s)
- Fill out this application and include:
- A copy of the receipt for your new toilet(s) and/or urinal(s).
- The completed and signed Affidavit of Lawful Presence in the U.S. above and a copy of an acceptable form of identification (on next page.)
- A copy of your current City of Longmont utility bill. You must have an active City of Longmont electric or water utility account at the time of appliance purchase and rebate application. (The application, utility bill, photo ID and Affidavit of Lawful Presence must all have the same name; the application and utility bill must both have the same address.)
- Beginning Monday, August 29, 2011, bring required documents and your old 3.5 gallon per flush toilet(s), with tank(s) and bowl(s) separated, and/or old urinal(s) no later than 90 days from date of purchase, to:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed Sundays and Holidays.
Residential customers are limited to two toilet rebates per year.
