Shredding Event This Saturday
The Longmont Waste Diversion Center at 140 Martin Street will hold a free shredding event from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday, October 15. This event is for residential documents only; no business materials will be accepted. Please bring a copy of your most recent Longmont utility bill to show that you pay the waste management fee. For more information call 303-651-8416.
Water Meter Replacement Begins
The annual replacement of water meters has begun. The City replaces meters before problems begin, and there is no cost to the property owner. City staff will place tags on the doors of homes that have inside meters asking the homeowner to call for an appointment to have the meter replaced. If you do not know where your water meter is located or you want to avoid this inconvenience by installing an outside meter pit, please call 303-651-8468.
Look for Your Ballot in the Mail

Come Talk About Longmont's Future

There will be five meetings between October 24 and November 5 where you can contribute your ideas. For meeting dates and locations and to RSVP visit www.ci.longmont.co.us/focus, or call 303-651-8601.
