Starry Night at Sandstone Ranch

From 7 to 9 pm on Saturday, September 22, a free program at Sandstone Ranch will help you and your family become familiar with the moon, bright stars and constellations in the autumn night sky. You’ll learn how to locate many beautiful objects using a star chart and how to use a telescope. The Longmont Astronomical Society will provide telescopes, or you can bring your own. Meet at the upper parking lot near the lookout over the cliff at the Sandstone Ranch Visitor Center, 3001 E. Ken Pratt Boulevard. All ages are welcome!
