Council Members in DC; No Council Meeting on Tuesday
Several members of the Longmont City Council are attending the annual National League of Cities (NLC) Conference next week in Washington, DC. The Congressional City Conference brings local leaders to the doorsteps of federal policy makers with opportunities to travel to Capitol Hill for meetings with our congressional delegation. Council members plan to lobby for more federal assistance to help rebuild after last year's flood. The Tuesday City Council meeting is cancelled.
Longmont Business Flood Recovery Meetings

Both meetings are on Monday, March 17, at the City’s Service Center complex at 1251 S. Bowen Street, one-half mile south of Ken Pratt Blvd. The first meeting is from noon to 1 pm, and the second is from 6 to 7 pm. For more information call 303-651-8721 or email email@example.com.
