Business Workshop Meeting at Library Cancelled

FEBRUARY 1, 2011 - Longmont Public Library's Small Business Support Workshop: Getting Organized, scheduled for Tuesday, February 1 at 6:30 p.m., has been cancelled due to the cold temperatures and expected very slick road conditions. The library hopes to reschedule the workshop at a later date.

The Library's Small Business Support Workshops are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Library's Meeting Rooms (409 4th Avenue). The next workshop is scheduled for March 1 and will cover Longmont City services for small businesses. Doug Bene(Longmont Economic Development Manager) will highlight opportunities available through the Longmont Economic Gardening Initiative (LEGI) and Sharon King will focus on services from the Boulder Small Business Development Center (SBDC). All workshops are free and open to the public. There is no need to register. Support for the workshops is provided by the Friends of the Longmont Library.
