Hosehold Hazardous Chemical Drop Day on Saturday, September 17
SEPTEMBER 7, 2011 - On Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 9 am to 2 pm at 375 Airport Road, Longmont residents can drop off unwanted chemicals.
Items Accepted: City of Longmont sanitation customers may bring unwanted cleaners, solvents, pesticides, aerosol cans, paint and other chemical wastes for disposal at no additional charge.
Chemists will be on hand to identify and properly dispose of many types of household hazardous chemicals.
Not Accepted: Commercial waste of any kind will not be accepted. This event is for chemicals commonly used for residential purposes only.
