Left Hand Creek Park - 1800 Creekside Drive

Lefthand Park

This 10 acre site is located along Left Hand Creek and south of Pike Road. The park was constructed in 1997 and open to the public in 1998. The park features a roller hockey and separate basketball court, extensive playground area included adjacent 'ground maze', multi-use play fields, picnic shelters, walkways, creek overlook and volleyball court. The western shelter is located near the sand volleyball court. The eastern shelter is located in the middle of the playground (exclusive use is not possible). Only the West shelter has a grill. You may bring a gas grill with you. The fee is $35.00 for resident and $44.00 for non-resident. (link to shelter reservations).

Numerous Play Areas are offered at Lefthand Creek Park

 

An Art in Public Places project titled Picnic In Lefthand Park by Robert Ressler was installed in 2005. This climbable sculpture is found at the western end of the park, near the reservable picnic shelter.
