Development Review Committee
The purpose of the Development Review Committee (DRC) is to
provide a coordinated and integrated staff and agency review of specific development
applications.
The DRC consists of representatives from planning and development services, public works, water/wastewater,
power and communications, water resources, parks and open space, fire, housing, building inspection and other applicable City departments and divisions.
The DRC meets Mondays at 1:30 p.m. in the
Twin Sisters Conference Room, at the Development Services Center, located at 385 Kimbark Street.
