To facilitate citizen participation early in the development
review process, the City of Longmont requires neighborhood meetings between applicants
and citizens of neighborhoods potentially affected by the development proposal. Additional information can be found on our Citizen Connection web page which is designed to assist citizens in providing input into the development procedures and applications affecting Longmont.
Neighborhood meetings are held prior to the applicant submitting a formal
proposal to the City for review. As such, copies of items to be presented
at the neighborhood meetings may not be available from the Planning and Development Services Division
prior to the meeting.
