6. Airport Road Annexation, PZR 2012-7A, B, C, Senior Planner Ava Pecherzewski

Location: Airport Road between 17th Avenue and Rogers Road

Purpose: Annexation of Airport Road between 17th Avenue and Rogers Road and two enclave parcels on west side of Airport Rd adjacent to the Vance Brand Airport. The City owns and maintains Airport Road but had not previously annexed it formally into City limits from Boulder County.

PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application. The application has elements which
are both legislative and quasi-judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding.

7. Eagle View at Sandstone Land Use Amendment, PZR 2012- 6A, B, C, Planner Ben Ortiz (3.12MB)

Location: South of Zlaten Drive and east of County Line Road.

Purpose: Land use amendment of the Longmont Area Comprehensive Plan for a
Proposed residential development consisting of 67 single family homes, 43 patio homes, 77 townhomes, and 312 apartment units on 59 acres zoned PUD-R.

PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application. The application has elements which
are both legislative and quasi-judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding.
