The following projects are public hearing items:
Location: Area generally bounded by Nelson Road on the north, Highway 119 / Ken Pratt Boulevard on the south, Hover Street on the wet and Sunset Street on the east.
Purpose: This hearing is to review a proposed Amended and Restated Twin Peaks Mall Area Urban Renewal Plan for consistency with the Longmont Area Comprehensive Plan per Colorado Urban Renewal Law (C.R.S. §31-25- 107(2).
PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application. The application has elements which are both legislative and quasi- judicial elements and as such, should be treated as a quasi-judicial proceeding

Linda’s Group Therapy Variance on the 250’ Residential Protection Standard and Conditional Use Site Plan, PZR 2012-17 A, B, C, Planner Ben Ortiz
Location: South of 19th and east of Main Street
Purpose: Linda's Group Therapy at 1834 Main Street, Suite 23: Variance on the 250' Residential Protection Standard and Conditional Use Site Plan for a neighborhood bar/tavern with an outdoor patio.
PZ: P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
