The following projects are public hearing items:
Location: East of S. Main Street and South of Boston Avenue
Purpose: Conditional Use Approval for Aspen Meadows Veterinary Clinic to redefine its status as a Veterinary Hospital
PZ: P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
Location: Vacant parcels between Highway 119 and Kylie Drive and between Sugarbin Court and Harvest Street.
Purpose: Preliminary/Final Plat and Preliminary/Final PUD Plan for a 220 unit apartment complex
PZ: P/Z is the Decision Making Body and the P/Z’s action is final unless appealed within 7 days. If appealed, the City Council will review the appeal within 60 days of the appeal. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
