The following projects are public hearing items:
6. Copper Mill Apartments Land Use Amendment, Rezoning and Concept Plan, PZR 2013-17A, B, C, Senior Planner Erin Fosdick
Location: South of Great Western Dr., southeast of Ken Pratt Blvd, west of Mill Village
Purpose: A proposal for a land use amendment and rezone from Industrial/Economic Development (IED) and GI (General Industrial) zoning to Residential High Density with R-3 (Residential High Density) zoning. This proposal would accommodate development of 260 multifamily apartments with a parking garage, surface parking, clubhouse and other associated uses.
PZ: PZ makes a recommendation to the City Council who is the Decision Making Body on this application.
