The Public Safety Information and Technology section is responsible for implenting public safety specific technology to meet data collection, data analysis and information sharing, the oversight of the 9-1-1 Center (Longmont Emergency Communications Center) and Public Safety Outreach.

The Information Services Division is made up of three distinct work groups:

• Public Safety Information and Technology

• Longmont Emergency Communication Center (LECC)

• Public Outreach
