For wise water conservation, the City suggests following the lawn watering schedule outlined in the Drought Response Plan below. For other water saving suggestions, go to our Conservation Tips page, or Cycle Irrigation page.

  1. Do not water lawn or gardens more than two days per week.
  2. Do not water lawns or gardens between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  3. No City of Longmont water customer shall allow water to run to waste in any gutter or other impervious surface or other application.
