Seasonal Happenings

  • We're looking for instructors! Do you have knowledge of a particular subject, skills you would like to share with others, or perhaps a hobby that you would love to talk about? Whatever it might be, we're always in search of new class topics and would love to hear about your class idea. Please call Terri (303) 774-4694 or e-mail to find out more about teaching a class or classes for Longmont Recreation Services!
  • We would like to hear your feedback about our Swimming Lessons. Please take a short survey and share your experience with us! Thank you!
  • Sign up today for Sensory Saturdays! These parent/child classes are held on select Saturdays from 10-11:15am at the St Vrain Memorial Building. Activities vary each class with toy exploration, gooey concoctions, as well as fine and gross motor play! Come prepared to get messy! Apr 7, May 5. $7 per child/parent resident; $8.75 non-resident.   • Itty Bitty City is back on Fridays and, for more fun, we have added Monday Mania! For children ages 6mo to 5 years, enjoy a gymnasium full of fun! Parents must supervise children. $2 per child/ 10 visits for $17.
  • Registration for swimming lessons for the Longmont Recreation Center and Centennial Pool are currently being accepted. A wide variety of days and times are available for individuals ages 6 months (with a parent) through adult.
