Written cancellation of the Monthly Credit Card must be received by the 25th of the current month. Please download the Cancellation Form and present to the Longmont Recreation Center or the St. Vrain Memorial Building.
Please note: cancellation requests received after the the 25th of the month (ex. received Feb 28) will be applied to the next following month (auto pay will stop effective March 10).

Who is included in a family pass?
A family rate is for two adults, their children (22 & under) living at home and claimed on their income taxes. One of the two adult spots in a family pass can be held by a nanny at the residence when accompanied by the family's children.
What is a Corporate Account?
This pass offers a discount off the facility annual, quarterly, and 20 visit pass rates for employees of designated corporations. Additional household members are welcome to use the recreation facilities and will be charged by their residency status. Employees may purchase a couple's pass or family pass to include family members.
Corporations must be within the city limits of Longmont, a minimum of ten employees must sign up. You may download the Corporate Pass application:
