Recreation Services
Spend the whole day at the Recreation
Center for your special party. Great for any age. The Longmont Recreation
Center has a Pool, Gym and Climbing Wall.
Party Room Rental $65.00
*32.50 each additional hour
Includes:
- Room rental (off main entrance) for 1 hour. You are responsible for your
own set-up,take-down and clean-up within this rental hour. Entry for up
to 10 people maximum (this includes everyone attending, adults and kids).
A group rate fee will be applied for more then 10 people. Pool/Gym may be
used before or after the room along with other customers. The Climbing Wall
may be used during open Climbing Wall time along with other customers as
long as the parent has signed the Climbing Wall Party Waiver. If the child
is 7 or under, an adult 18 or older must be present while the child climbs.
A climbing time is not guaranteed.
- Full payment is required at time of booking. Please plan and book your
party at least 2 weeks in advance. There is no additional deposit required.
We do charge a cancellation fee of $5.00 if you cancel 7 days prior to your
planned event. If you cancel later then 7 days you will be charged 1/2 the
party fee and a $5.00 cancel fee. You have the option of moving your rental
to a different date.
- You provide your own food, beverages,(on weekends and summer afternoons
we have our concession stand open) tableware. Decorations can not be attached
to the walls or ceiling. (No glass items)
- The room includes 2 8- tables and 20 chairs.
- Towels are not provided and we encourage you to bring your own lock for
lockers.
Remember: An adult must be in the
water with children 5 and under, at all times.
