Triathlon Vendor Village, Longmont Recreation Services

The Longmont Triathlon weekend creates a great marketing opportunity for you to reach triathletes, swimmers, bikers and runners (adult, youth or both); children, parents and spectators of athletes. This weekend extravaganza will be held on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3, 2012 at the City of Longmont Centennial Pool, 1201 Alpine Street.
This is your chance to personally meet your future clients and/or consumers!

8th Annual Kids Only Triathlon

Date: Saturday, June 2, 2012
Participants: 300 youth ages 6-17
Spectators: 500 parents, grandparents & siblings
Support Personnel: 60 adults

Vendor Village Times: Kids Tri- Saturday June 2 – Vendor Village 7:30am – 11:30am

32nd Annual Longmont Triathlon

Date: Sunday, June 3,2012
Participants: 400 adults ages 17-70+
Spectators: 200 parents, children & friends
Support Personnel: 120 adults

Adult Tri- Sunday June 3 – Vendor Village 6:30am – Noon

Vendor Village Details:

There will be a Vendor Village at both triathlons. Participants and spectators will be present at Vendor Village. Each vendor is responsible for their personal canopy, tables and chairs- if desired. Vendor Village will be located at Centennial Pool both dates.

Cost: One Day: $40 Plus 1 raffle prize for event
Both Days: $70 Plus 1 raffle prize for each day
Massage Service Provided: FREE!
Triathlon Sponsor: FREE!

Please note that fees listed above increase by $10 after May 1, 2012.

Other Opportunities:

If your business is interested in having samples, fliers, coupons, or any other promotional materials inserted into the race bags, please have those items at Centennial Pool by Friday, May 27. If your business is interested in having their logo on the volunteer shirt (and free entry into the vendor village), please make a $250 donation by Friday, April 15. If your business is interested in other sponsorship opportunities, please contact Sara Stewart (303) 774-4771 ASAP!

Cost: $50 stuffing fee plus materials in hand by deadline.
