^Student passes are issued daily. If your student comes to The Place, he/she will receive a pass when they check out. Their full name, check-in/check-out time will be recorded on the pass, which is signed by The Place staff.
There is no minimum participation requirement, and students are not required to stay until 5:30pm. We recognize family responsibilities, extra curricular participation and many other appointments/commitments take students' valuable after school time. Please communicate these commitments to The Place staff. Our goal is to make sure students have age-appropriate activities and supervision in those after school hours. To that end, we will record check-out time on student passes, whether they leave at 4:00pm or 5:30pm. If staff notices a pattern of early check-out (i.e. Sara leaves program right after group game 2-3 times a week), or students lingering on campus during program hours, we will make every effort to contact a parent/guardian to discuss the situation.
We hold a copy of each pass on-site. Please feel free to call The Place phone (303) 332-2687 during program hours. Please contact Brydon Cooke (303) 774-4562 or e-mail all other hours with questions or concerns about your student's participation.
