Prairie Breakfast
A traditional breakfast generously provided by The Egg & I will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the prairie area (adjacent to the main tent). Enjoy fluffy pancakes, steaming sausage and juice. The prairie breakfast is included with the Roger's Run registration (runner's bib required). Non-runners may purchase the breakfast for $3, cash only. Coffee will be available to all guests for 50¢ per cup, under the Buzz Coffee tent.

Longmont offers a unique selection of local fare to tantilize anybody's taste buds. Some of our community's best restaurants will be highlighting the best their menu offers on Friday and/or Saturday. Smaller servings allow for sampling many food styles including ethnic cuisine, vegetarian goodies as well as meats, lighter fare and desserts. The menus vary every year, so check out the choices to be sure you don't miss something new.

Tokens valued at 50 cents each can be purchased at the token sales booth at the event or from roaming token vendors prior to making food selections from restaurant vendors. Tokens will be honored both days and unused tokens can be refunded prior to leaving the event. Tokens will not be refunded after the event closes.

2012 Boulder County Special Event Permit (good for all events in Boulder County for one year) $135
50% of gross profits go back to event to support direct costs and help fund the Longmont Sister Cities Association
The reservation fee at the Saturday festival is $125. The additional investment for the Friday evening “Groove at the Grove” is $75. (Total investment is $200).
Your investment includes the following benefits:
•Exclusive menu for your restaurant. No other restaurant at the event will
offer the menu items you are providing.
•50% of all token sales at your booth.
•Up to two volunteers to assist you in your booth for the duration of the festival.
•In support of the environment, compostable flatware (knives, forks and
spoons) will be provided to serve your customers.
•One (1) 10’ x 10’ tent, including set up
and tear down.
•Three (3) tables and two (2) chairs.
•Up to four electrical outlets providing 120 volts of power. You will be required to acquire approval by the City-
contracted electrician for any extension cords being used. If a cord has not been approved before the event, you will not be permitted to you it. Outlet multipliers are NOT permitted.
•Regulation hand washing station as required by Boulder County Health Department.
•One fresh-water source serving all vendors.
