NOTE: All plans must be submitted in triplicate. Incomplete submittals cannot be logged into the computer. Plans will be reviewed in the order in which they are logged in. Plan review fees are required with submittal.

2. General Requirements for all sheets, 3 sets are required:
a. Owner of plans
b. Plan name or address
c. Date of plan (and revisions)
d. Identify optional items
e. Original stamp and signature of licensed design professional
3. Architectural Plans
4. Mechanical Plans
5. Plumbing Plans
6. Electrical Plans
7. Structural Plans
8. Statement of Special Inspections Required
9. one set of structural calculations is required and shall include:
a. Key Plan
b. Table of Contents
c. Foundation, Floor Framing, Roof Framing, Column, and Bearing Wall Calculations.
d. Lateral Analysis as per Chapter 16 and applicable Appendixes
e. Gravity Load System
10. Energy Code Certification-ComCheck E-Z.
You can download the program from the web. Click http://www.energycodes.gov/comcheck/ez_download.stm Install the program on your computer.
Note: The first time you use ComCheck-EZ go to the Code Menu and select 2006 International Energy Conservation Code.
11. Design Criteria-i.e., Snow load, soils info, floor loads, wind loads.
a. 30 lbs. roof snow--
b. 110 mph 3 second gust.
c. Floor loads are according to the current adopted IBC
