JANUARY 30, 2009 - An exciting new newsletter is coming to the City in the next few weeks - but it needs a name! Longmont residents have the opportunity to name Longmont's new citywide newsletter.
The Longmont City Council is launching a bi-monthly, 8-page newsletter to enhance communication with Longmont residents. The publication will provide details on City Council priorities such as economic development, environmental stewardship, downtown Longmont and many other city programs and policies. The new newsletter will be mailed to all Longmont households at the end of February, 2009.

In the event of entries with the same winning name, the city will conduct a drawing of all winning names. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number on your entry. The winner's name and entry will be posted to the City's Web site on Friday, February 13.
