MAY 29, 2009 - The City's Customer Satisfaction Survey was mailed to 3,000 randomly-selected Longmont households this week. Longmont residents who have received the survey are encouraged to fill it out and return it in the pre-paid return envelope as soon as possible.
The survey is conducted on a yearly basis by the City of Longmont to get feedback from residents about the general state of the city and also to gauge satisfaction levels with municipal services.
The survey is conducted by the national Research Center (NRC) located in Boulder, Colorado. The survey is an anonymous, statistically valid tabulation of opinions of Longmont residents on a variety of topics including quality of life, environmental issues and general communication with the City and City Council.
Results of the survey are expected to be presented to the Longmont City Council this Fall.
