JULY 13, 2011 - As part of the City of Longmont’s County Line Road Improvement Project, County Line Road between Ken Pratt Boulevard (SH 119) and 9th Avenue will be closed to through traffic starting at 6:00 am on Monday, July 18. County Line Road is scheduled to re-open by 6:00 pm on Friday, July 22. The Great Western Railroad will be removing and replacing the rough riding and deteriorated railroad surface crossing during the closure.
Although County Line Road will be closed to through traffic, local access between Ken Pratt Boulevard (SH 119) and 9th Avenue will be maintained. Access to WCR 26 and the Union Reservoir Recreational Area will be maintained via south bound County Line Road to WCR 26.
A traffic detour route has been designed and will be set-up as indicated on the following map:
