Master Plan & Work Underway
A neighborhood initiated master plan process was conducted in 2005. The resulting plan was approved by City Council and has begun a phased construction project. Phase 1 completed in 2007 included bridge replacements. Phase 2 completed in 2008 included a new restroom, tennis court, plaza, lighting, kiosk and improvements south of Longs Peak Avenue.
Future phases are planned for the area north of Longs Peak Avenue, and the area south of 5th Avenue.
