Agenda, Minutes and Meeting Videos, Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 350 Kimbark Street in the Civic Center Complex. If you need special assistance in order to participate in the Planning and Zoning meeting, please contact the Planning and Development Services Division at 303-651-8330 in advance of the meeting to make arrangements.  

Please Note: Our intention is to provide the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda on-line the Friday before the planned meeting. However due to unforeseen technical difficulties this may not occur prior to the close of business on Friday by 5:00 p.m. To verify the meeting information - please confirm with the Development Services Division the day of the meeting.

The City of Longmont provides video of Planning and Zoning Commission Meetings. The archived meetings will be available approximately one week after the live meeting occurs. Meeting minutes will be posted once approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission (typically the following month or meeting, which ever occurs first).
